Marinate the chicken with salt,lemon juice,soy sauce,brown sugar,salt and tabasco sauce.
Refrigerate over night or atleast 4 hours.
Mix the basting sauce ingredient in a bowl,when ready to cook.
If cooking in an oven then preheat the oven to 350*F.
Place the chicken pieces in a roasting pan.
Cover loosely with aluminium foil,bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes more,basting with the sauce every 5 minutes,until brown on one side.
Turn the chicken over and bake another 10 minutes,basting that side.
To cook over charcoal,cook for 25-30 minutes,turning frequently and basting every 5 minutes.
