Ground garlic cloves, Holland red peppers and birdseye chilies.
Mix prawn paste with a little hot water to dilute it.
Heat oil in a pan. Saute ground spice paste for about 5 minutes
then add water, prawn paste, and sweet soy sauce.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Add grilled chicken pieces. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
