Chicken Burrito

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 lb boneless chicken breast halves

1 (1.5 ounce) Burrito Seasoning Mix

8 (burrito-size) flour tortillas

Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped green

onions and sliced ripe olives-as required

Salsa as required

1 1/4 cups water


Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink.

Add water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Spred chicken mixture evenly over tortillas.

Top with cheese, lettuce, green onions, olives and salsa; fold into burritos.
